Nachuan Mould has successfully passed the annual audit of the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system

Recently, Changzhou Nachuan Mould Technology Co., Ltd. underwent its annual surveillance audit for the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System. Following a comprehensive three-day review by the audit team, it was confirmed that the company’s quality management system is operating effectively and that all quality activities comply with the standard’s requirements; the company successfully passed this annual audit.
During the audit, experts from the audit team visited the company’s production lines to conduct on-site inspections of seven core processes, including raw material casting, CNC turning and milling, EDM machining, wire cutting, fitter assembly, and trial mould testing. The experts thoroughly reviewed the quality manual, procedure documents, work instructions and various quality records, focusing on key processes such as design and development control, production process control, and inspection and testing control. The audit team unanimously agreed that Nachuan Mould’s quality management system documentation is comprehensive, implementation is thorough, and records are complete; product quality remains consistently stable, and customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level.
The company’s quality manager stated that the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system serves as the cornerstone of the company’s development. Since first obtaining certification, the company has consistently adhered to the quality policy of “Quality Assurance, Professional Service, Customer Satisfaction”, continuously refining the quality management system and improving product quality. The successful completion of this annual audit not only affirms the company’s quality management efforts but also serves as an incentive for future work.
